Підвищення герметизаційної здатності самоущільнювальних свердловинних пакерів

Abstract

У першому розділі проведено аналіз проблематики випробування устьового та противикидного обладнання при підземному ремонті свердловин та сучасних методів і засобів для реалізації процесу. У другому розділі проведено ранжування факторів за ступенем впливу на герметизаційну здатність самоущільнювальних манжет свердловинних пакерів у процесі випробування устьового та противикидного обладнання, а також обґрунтовано доцільність використання експериментальних і теоретичних методів на різних етапах досліджень. У третьому розділі шляхом експериментальних досліджень встановлено залежності герметизаційної здатності самоущільнювальної манжети прототипного пакера типу УВЧ, виробництва спеціальної аварійно-рятувальної служби «ЛІКВО» (Україна, м. Харків), від конструктивних та експлуатаційних факторів та здійснено її критеріальну оцінку. Четвертий розділ присвячений чисельному дослідженню напружено-деформованого стану самоущільнювальної манжети за умов впливу експлуатаційних та конструктивних факторів. У п’ятому розділі обґрунтовано конструктивні особливості вдосконаленої самоущільнювальної манжети і елементів вузла ущільнення, наведено результати дослідження герметизаційної здатності манжети та апробації розробленого на її основі випробувального пакера.

In the first chapter, the analysis of the problems of testing of wellhead and blowout equipment during underground repair of wells and modern methods for realization of the process has been carried out. In the second chapter, the factors are ranked according to the degree of influence on the sealing ability of self-sealing cuffs of well packers in the process of test of the wellhead and blowout equipment, and the feasibility of using experimental and theoretical methods at various stages of research is substantiated. In the third chapter, by means of experimental researches, the dependence of the sealing ability of the self-compacting cuff of the prototype UVCH type packer, the production of a special emergency-rescue service «LIKVO» (Ukraine, Kharkiv), on constructive and operational factors and it's criterial assessment was made. The fourth chapter is devoted to the numerical study of the stress-strain state of the self-sealing cuff under the influence of operational and constructive factors. In the fifth chapter the constructive features of the improved self-compacting cuff and components of the sealing unit are substantiated, the results of the study of the sealing ability of the cuff and the testing of the test packer developed on its basis are given.
